2. What DON't we have to do?

Europeans always find tasks they think we (black people) should do. We need him to give us instructions on acceptable behavior and language. I'm sure that during all of his time hanging out with black people, this was their number one concern. Fuck jobs, racism, the drug war, police brutality; this was at the top of the list.
I'm so glad he is always around to give unwanted advise.
