Not seeing much about it on DU today but those numbers are actually huge!
SCOTUS came out today 7-2 to let Marriage equality proceed in Kansas (not hard to figure out the two dissenters). Yes that is correct 7-2
Doesn't look like we will have to count on Kennedy for the swing vote after all.
To me, this tells me without a shadow of a doubt, it's a done deal very soon for the rest of America.
I'm celebrating, feel free to join in or just move on by.
