That's at 5'1 and 118.
At 97 lbs I was a BMI of 18.3. I looked sick, my hair was thinning, my bones showed, and size 2 jeans at Target were too big for me. I could wear juniors size 1, but they gaped at the waist to fit my hips (juniors sizes are not designed to accommodate curves).
At least you aren't aiming into eating disorder territory on your "ideal" (15 lbs less would put you at a 20 BMI), but remember that you're still well within a healthy weight.
