(10,005 posts)57. We have the DNC platform revised and updated at the national convention every 4 yrs but...
nobody reads it because it's written by policy wonks and not candidates. It's part of the process that should be limited IMO to a max of 5 bullet points and a 30sec video for each point.
In other words a campaign kit.

litmus tests are for primaries, after that it is all about control of Committees
