very naive to believe that they don't know whether an indictment is coming down. The good ole boys club is still rollin strong in Missouri & this shit is rigged nice & tight in that cops favor. Hence, the sorry ass Governor's need to set up a perimeter & call in a State of Emergency before the fact.
