I wonder what they make, though. At a place like Kmart, I would be surprised if they're getting premium pay. I used to work part-time at a supermarket, but even if I wanted to work on T-day I wouldn't have been able to. Why? Because we were unionized, and only the more senior people got to work that day because they got good money to do so. Plus, the store closed at 4:00 so folks could still spend a bit of time with their families.
