In reply to the discussion: Blamed for Bee Collapse, Monsanto Buys Leading Bee Research Firm [View all]CoffeeCat
(24,411 posts)30. Whole Foods caved to Monsanto...
...and they agreed to muzzle themselves and quit going after Monsanto. Pretty disgusting, isn't it?
These Monsanto goons must watch episodes of The Sopranos, to learn their technique.
And I used the words, "sold out"--and I still stand by them--although I regret that others thought
that Whole Foods was purchased by Monsanto. I never said that.
However, I still stand by the fact that Whole Foods sold out. However, I believe they are most likely
the victims of a psychopathic, corporate culture that tells governments, companies and people what
they can say, what they can protest and when they will be purchased and controlled--as in the case of
the bee-research company.

You used the term "sold" in a mergers and acquisitions discussion, so I assumed an acquisition.

Yes, it's that split between wealthy and poor. The EU countries still regulate. We and China don't.
