Wilson would have had to have been a better shot than at closer range. It's just a lot more difficult to hit a person in real life at 148 feet than it is to hit a target at a practice range where practicing under "perfect" conditions.

If this guy is right, I hope the grand jury gets this information. It would also go to state of mind. How fearful could he be if Brown was that far away? I know things happen quickly, but that's just not an excuse.
