11. You are not buying on-line. It's a site where you post something for sale. If

a person is interested in what you have for sale, they e-mail you using a craigslist e-mail address (your e-mail address is hidden). From there you get your contacts phone number, negotiate the final price, where to pick up item, etc. etc. No different than placing an ad in your local newspaper, except it's free.
