19. I think the OP is misunderstanding your post, but your symbology is unusual

Generally, in my observation, "not equal" is indicated by =/= (as in an equal sign with a slash through it).

So, you were saying "Compassionate =/= gullible"

This call-out OP should be deleted, IMO...
