I'm getting oddly *neutral* vibes, leaning to the positive side, from the link in the O.P. Yip, he "won" in an election in which only the wingnut core actually voted, in a state in torpid love with that surname, he the adolescent scary stalker.

So the position he picked for his launch leads to "loftier" positions for feeding at the public trough that his family is known for. I wonder what the point and the timing of this link is.
