I'm a FireFighter not to far from the affected area... spent two days working in the area providing EMS and other assistance... Had more calls then I can count... broken bones, structural issues, gas leaks, shoveling doors out, collapsed trailers and one code save... heck of a couple of days...

We were planning for the worst on the flooding... glad it did not come to pass...
