And he damn well knew it. He may not have know that he dragged a woman under his vehicle for 20 feet, but he certainly, without any doubt, knew that he was pushing people with his car.

It's not just the woman he knocked over and dragged, every single person that he ran into was a count of B&A with a deadly weapon. The people who chose to jump onto his car are potentially liable for the damage to it, but I'd tend to give them a pass as they were trying to prevent him from further hurting people.

I've seen several people comment that his vision was obstructed by the people jumping on his hood. To those people, if your reaction to suddenly having your vision obstructed is to hit the gas, might I please request that you don't drive in Minnesota? I live here and it snows here. We don't need idiots blindly accelerating into snow squalls.
