8. I'm a firm believer in mandatory voting, but in addition....

...I also believe that two things should go in hand.

One should be able to choose the method, be that:

Vote online
Vote by mail
Vote at ballot box

Two, one should be able to vote for more than one person, or sign the ballot none of the above.
