Medicare fraud in partnership with CIA-Cuban types (Jeb Crow Shrub), savings & loan scams (Neill), oil scams/AWOL/cocaine/abortions (Shrub), and the rest of the iceberg we will never know about. Jeb Crow Shrub's wife doesn't have the big time gambits in her genes.
