Seems like I keep seeing new police brutality or wrongful death by the hands of the police. Is there a site that keeps track of these things? There's the 12 year old shot down 2 seconds after the cop arrived. The guy that suffocated, saying he couldn't breathe. This guy in the OP...and on and on and on

None of the eyewitnesses saw it if that happened. None testified as to seeing anything like that.
