I respect the opinion that unfriending wasn't a good way to handle it, but at some point I have to realize that I can't control what other people do, and can only control what I'm willing to accept. I felt like accepting his screeds onto my Facebook feed was not OK. I think he liked arguing with me - it just emboldened him. What's the saying - don't argue with a pig, because you both get filthy and the pig likes it?
