I just used the DC sniper as an example of what is not a far-fetched scenario of what could well happen when some of our bloodthirsty cops decide to murder the wrong unarmed citizen. Ever see the film "Law Abiding Citizen?" I see that film as only a little far-fetched. We have trained enough of our guys in the Middle East to be capable of that kind of a rampage.
