11. It does not always matter how black people

are dressed, or if they are even standing on the corner. I know black people of both genders and all ages who have been stopped and questioned, and not always gently. They can be well-dressed and engaged in mundane activities. They can be driving, shopping, leaving or entering a restaurant parking lot or anything at all.
