...then I suppose this would be called ''Milktoasting with faint criticism.''
So let me see if I have this right. Her overall take here is:
1) We need a larger federal role in local policing.
2) We need to put the criminal justice system ''back into balance'' (whatever the fuck that means).
3) We should spend federal law enforcement dollars on ''best practices'' (again whatever the fuck that means).
- The only thing that seems to be missing here is ''Oceania, Tis for Thee'' playing in the background......
