Dumbest meme of all.

Anyone can do this: Push all the air out of your lungs and see how many times you can audibly say "I can't breathe." It takes almost no air or breathing at all to use one's voice to mumble a few words.

Listen closely to Eric Garner on the video and it's clear that he is in distress.
