the fact that they don't is not the peoples' fault, it's the fault of bad cops and those who cover for them. Simple, no need to overthink it. And no need to pout and cry. Either clean your own house or the people will eventually make sure it is done for you. We want good honest cops working the beat instead of a bunch of thugs. That's all.
