The point is, will it even matter?

I'm very concerned about a prosecution that appears to be unprepared and irresolute about this case. I was very underwhelmed by the charging affidavit, and from the most recent hearing it looks as though the defense is sharper.

Then there's the problem of getting a Florida jury to convict in the death of a black male.

GZ's story has more holes than swiss cheese, but societal biases are all lined up in his favor.
