BREAKING: 2,000 Marines on alert ahead of torture report release [View all]

Just now on msnbc... 2,000 Marines in posts around the world on alert tonight ahead of the Senate Oversight Committee's release of the so-called "Torture report". There is concern the release of the report will cause a violent response from people and groups.
