Juror #1 voted to HIDE IT and said: I share the poster's frustration with sloppy characterization of facts, although in this case it isn't clear whether the person was jailed for failing to respond to a court summons or for failing to pay legal fines (for example) which would just be a reframing of what the debt is for. That said, I share the alerter's frustration at the lack of civility - using attacks on the person, rather than discussing the point of disagreement. So - in the interest of nudging DU toward being a more civil place for discussions, I'm voting to hide it.
