3. Friend of mine got hers rejected because IRS didn't accept the hyphen in her last name.

IRS required it be without a hyphen and then it didn't match the Social Security number which has a hyphen. So, she had to go get her Social Security card and record changed so that it matched the IRS so that she could file her taxes.

Sheeesh!!
