correct, .....the OP did not mention the document release, my assumption, ....my bad. Nothing to do with the document release.

Question, unrelated to this poll that in no way relates to the current document release.
Why wasn't a prosecution begun the last time torture document release ? were they waiting, ...... for this document to be released ?
I understand you don't know any more than I, but I'm curious what your opinion might be ?
