I'm more understanding of the difficulties of prosecution, but the bar should be high for anyone remaining in public service who was even remotely involved in torture. Obama has had a very public position against torture which is a good safeguard against its continuation, but I'd like to see the removal of all those involved, permanently, as a second measure to change the agencies involved.
