5. Recently happened to friends of ours. Thier 3 year old son died about 6-7 months ago

They went to file their taxes and it was rejected because his SS# had already been used. It is not like this little one filed his income tax on his own. He was one of triplets. It is horrible. Sorry this happened to you.
