15 year old boys, wedding parties, and collaborators who rush in search for survivors scattered in the muck of body parts. To say nothing of how this method precludes the necessity for rendition and torture, with the awful possibility of trophy photographs being uploaded to facebook by smiling patriots.

Those forever re-spawning terrorists don't have a clue how to act like a freedom loving civilized western nation.
