thieves, giving them the money without any fuss or checking (when there are usually a ton of red flags when these kinds of fraudulent returns are filed), and yet, when the real person tries to get it straightened out, they make it extremely difficult, time-consuming, exhausting and draining. It should be the other damned way around.
