21. Far too many are, and...

Of those who aren't, far too many cover for those who are. This is a HUGE problem, resulting in untold illegitimate arrests, injuries, and even deaths.

But somehow you think the big issue that needs to be highlighted is that some folks are mean to the police. I can't believe you sit there with your bare face hanging out and post that.
