You are willing to shutdown the government, put the whole thing on an extension till January, and the let republicans in the House and the republican controlled Senate write a new bill? Because that's what is going to happen, and we all know just how republicans will fill that bill with so much "GREAT STUFF" that will be so much better than this bill, right?
This bill may suck, but one written by the republican led House and Senate will be far, far worse than this one. Will you be willing to keep the government shutdown for a worse bill than the one we now have? Maybe you own't be affected by a long shutdown, but millions of American will be, and that's not really a good thing, is it.
