(14,255 posts)and what was done. Is that so freaking hard to understand? People are thinking hey, Hillary seems like just another corporatist, let's see if we can do better, even though a mighty pile of money from Wall Street is currently blocking the way.
Seems to me that, if people were to behave the way you want them to, maybe candidates should not say anything, just show up wearing a jersey with a D or R or G or I or whatever on it. People have a right to complain if what was promised is not what happened. And to at least try and get something different, something better.
Right now it seems like we are being told that of course it take billions to run, and then of course the winner has to please the people who gave (invested) the billions. Why not just make the giant billboard in Times Square like a telethon display, and the candidate with the most money wins, no need to campaign or count votes.
