15. What's the problem?

Robinson could be charged with aggravated assault, injury to the elderly and official oppression if the department determines he violated the law.

I'm 100% positive that the Police will thoroughly investigate the Police and find that the Police did not violate Police Department procedure, and that the Police could find no case of Police wrongdoing or that the Police committed any crime whatsoever. We can all sleep soundly at night that the Police are Policing the Police.
