But, Coburn wants -- as one of his last acts as a Senator -- to block a suicide prevention bill for veterans??

Man, that doesn't make any damn sense at all to me.
I'm not surprised that he blocked it, inasmuch as I am puzzled as to what kind of warped, pretzel logic he used to come to that decision.
