Which I've seen on Cops as well as witnessed personally -- the car was heading for the Holland Tunnel between New York City and New Jersey!

His fourth DUI -- what does he have planned for an encore?

This took place near the Dallas/Fort Worth airport, and the driver claims she was rear-ended -- presumably by one of the planes?
