(65,802 posts)The CEO of Sony Pictures International was quoted as saying, "Well, I guess we have to give the people what they want. >wink wink< I mean, we had to pull the movie in the first place because, umm, err, North Korea would, um...do something bad to us? >giggles< But the best part is; this movie would have done mediocre sales at best if it weren't for North Korea, but now because of their insanity, it's completely hyped beyond reality. That's what I call turning lemons into lemonade! Thank you North Korea! You just bought me a new condo!"
Martin Flemming Head of Marketing for Sony pictures was asked for a comment when leaving his office, regarding if the pulling of the interview was a marketing stunt for a movie that was getting tepid reviews, he stated, "no comment".
