2. It's an old cartoon.

I suppose I could re-do the captions, as I totally agree with you. This was post-hurricane in Florida. I've learned so much more about what a scum Jeb is since I drew this in 2005.

At the time, the genesis of the cartoon was that Jeb had supposedly showed superior leadership in the aftermath of the dual hurricanes which had hit Florida. Okay, so he got one thing right. But now it is pretty clear that was just as crooked as the rest of the Bush family. He'll be no better than GWB or GHWB should he attain the highest office in the land. In fact, I posit that he'd be even worse than his dumb-ass brother...because the evil is more ingrained in his soul. George W was just a moron following orders.
