He owns properties in the 85 acres to be redeveloped if they leave, and he wants to flip the properties and make a bunch of money, while the taxpayers he represents lose out. Kudos to the five members who figured it all out, this was a good deal for him and the Rays. They Mayor was a bully trying to make them vote quickly on huge city asset without all of the information. Now they have a little more....and when Mr. Auld spoke, he showed his hand. They all saw it.
