35. The monkey wrench in your "rinse and repeat" history lesson is climate change

I don't think anyone understands the economic ramifications of climate change.

That economic reality may overtake us "plebs" before the oligarchs can be taken down. You can't revolt if there's no potable water or food or even access to the rich (they're floating on their yachts on the open ocean or sequestered on heavily guarded islands.)

I'm not sure there's enough time for the cycle to repeat itself...
