Zimmerman is going to be found negligent, because he was. His actions are exactly what they train you NOT to do in the police academy (I was a park ranger during the summer for years during undergraduate and grad school). He had no authority to detain, depose, or basically interfere with this kid. If you suspect something, you sit quietly in your vehicle and observe until back up arrive. The police told him to stop and he did not.

You cannot and will not be able to judge this in the vacuum of why did Zimmeran use deadly force. Because Martin may have thought HE was defending himself from Zimmerman. I know if I was walking down the street and someone is following me, and trying to confront me, I am going to think I might have to defend myself.

Zimmerman is in deep deep trouble.
