... I could quibble with a couple points but the overall scenario is just as you described.
Which is why I no longer think "getting a Democrat elected" is the prime directive. They are only a speed bump on the road we are on. They are death by a thousand cuts rather than sudden death. Obama has slowed the train but only a little. The way the game is rigged I don't except any other Democratic president to do much better, especially HRC, she would do even worse.
I'd just as soon let the Republicans go ahead and crash everything now so we can get on with the next cycle. I want to live long enough to see EVERYONE admit they were the problem.
