2. so the mayor wanted an independent review board and the police freaked? hmmmm.. . .

aren't we constantly being told that "if you have done nothing wrong, you have nothing to worry about" when it comes to any gov't activity challenging our activities? would think the same would apply to the police and independent review boards.
