That behavior is a mild form of sexual assault, performed by twits who don't have the balls to reach out and grab your ass.

First of all, rubbing your leg against someone else without permission, has sexual connotations. Gender of the victim doesn't matter, straight males will sometimes rape other males; proof that rape isn't about rape, it's about debasing the victim.
Secondly, this is a display meant to make others sexually uncomfortable. It's an actual, or in the case of the dude with "strategically" placed hands in the photo, a suggested, display of the genitals. It's intended to make others so uncomfortable they're compelled to obviously look away.

These men (I've never seen a woman do this, even with pants on) are Level 1 "rapists", the most easily defended form of sexual assault. In more private circumstances they're very likely "date-rapists".

Date-rape is quite common. It doesn't necessarily involve "roofies" or alcohol. Two High School kids making out, the girl allows limited sexual intimacy but does not want to go all the way. The guy takes advantage of her state of undress and his weight/strength to enter her despite objections. That's date-rape. It's rape. It often goes un-reported, just because. Guilt, shame, confusion because there's no obvious "force".

I doubt there is research or available statistics, but I would not be surprised if 50% of young girls lose their virginity this way.

I'd also bet that 100% of those assholes are absolutely sure they're not rapists.
