A veteran Dallas police officer allegedly sexually assaulted a woman, forcing her to perform sex acts while he was driving a marked police car and in uniform, the Dallas Morning News reported on Sunday.
The officer, David Kattner, reportedly called the woman and forced her to perform a sex act while keeping one hand on his service weapon, according to an arrest warrant affidavit obtained by the Morning News.
Kattner and the woman were reportedly seen on Sunday morning by detectives in the area who interviewed the woman. She told the detectives that Kattner had also assaulted her two other times after threatening her with outstanding warrants and saying he knew where her daughter lived, the Morning News reported.
Kattner, a 26-year veteran of the Dallas Police Department, was being held in the Dallas County Jail, the paper reported.
