No one could ever think the car could have been moved to protect the evidence, scene or block public access with all the people around?

Many reasons for why the evidence mgt. photos that include the gun and site markers may be a different position. The evidence tech. photos could be hours after the event.

Just points to ponder as I wasn't there, but have been at a few crime scenes in my past.
