Since what he draws from his waistband and points to the cop is obstructed by his body?
The other video shows him drawing and pointing a dark object at the officer. A 9mm hi-point handgun was recovered as evidence. He has a history of armed criminal action and armed robbery.
Anyone making this out to be something other than an armed, violent, dangerous criminal being rightfully (albeit tragically) killed is doing a disservice to legitimate victims of police misconduct like Garner and Grant.
