(9,148 posts)As shills also. Check my Post #5. Look at the long list of Dems who refused to vote with Sanders. He deserved their support. Not a NO vote & followed by a press release with a lame reason why in an attempt to smooth the constituents ire, who expected better from them.
Why vote no & give Monsanto so much as an day more time to carry on their crappy policy.
To say they did so to bring it up at a later date, was wrong.
They are either for Monsanto or will grab an opportunity when it presents itself to lessen their power.
These Dems should have voted with Senator Sanders.
His amendment gave them the opportunity & the NO votes speak for themselves.
They dropped the ball & apologized later.
Something we often see politicians doing anymore.
Sanders doesn't waste his time creating & presenting frivolous amendments.
He offered a chance to side with consumers rights.
