36. It kind of sounds like a pair of floating lanterns...

I was in Montpelier, Vt this year, where they celebrated First Night by lighting paper lanterns and sending them off into the night sky. Most were white, but some were red or other colors. They glow and float in the air for a long time, then slowly descend as they burn out.

Can't say for sure, but that's what it sounds like to me.
